Junior Office Assistant – Bunbury

We’re on the hunt for an admin SUPERSTAR to join our team!  You’ll get the chance to work with a committed team who support each other and are driven to provide nothing but quality service to our customers day in and day out.  To help you on your journey, we’re offering a Cert III Business Administration traineeship as part of the role. 

 
About the role 
This role is full time and based from our Bunbury office.  Some of the tasks we will require you to perform include: 

Provide general administration support to the company 
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes 
Assist with scheduling equipment maintenance 
Enter & process company data and documentation 
  
Who are we looking for? 
We’re pretty choosey about who joins our team.  To be successful in this role you will need to be someone who: 

Holds a WA C Class driver’s licence (it’s ok if you are on ‘P’ plates) 
Has previous experience in an administration, retail or hospitality role 
Has an AMAZING attitude to learn and work in a professional environment 
Is confident with strong written and outstanding verbal communication skills 
Has demonstrated reliability and flexibility within the workplace 
Has demonstrated initiative and is able to “read the play” 
Has strong computer skills – you must be able to use Word, Excel and Powerpoint and be able to learn new systems quickly 
Is able to commit to a traineeship.
